Shipping policy

We offer standard shipping for all orders made in Puritan's Pride Online Store.
Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding Singapore National holidays).

For in-stock items, your order should arrive between 2 – 3 business days after order verification and credit approval.

We use flat-rate shipping of S$4.90 for orders below S$100. Despite the number of shipments you receive, you will never be charged more than the amount stated on your order confirmation.

Free shipping is provided if the order (after discount, if applicable) is S$100.00 and above.

We do not deliver to P.O boxes.

You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until the items have shipped.

Note that during festive period, please allow more time for delivery. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Qxpress delivery time
For standard delivery service, our drivers will make 3 attempts within 3 working days. Please refer to the delivery schedule listed below:

Mondays to Fridays: 12 noon to 8 p.m
Saturdays: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. (not applicable for non-residential addresses)

*We do not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays.
**Deliveries will be made anytime during delivery hours.

If you are unable to receive the parcel because you are not available, a representative may receive the parcel on your behalf. Your signature (or the representative’s) is required.

Should all three attempts fail, Qxpress will return the parcel back to the merchant.
